SECTION 1 – COMPLIANCE WITH FIREARMS LAWS
Zenvito LLC. dba Strike Zone Arms operates in full compliance with all local, state, and Federal laws with respect to the sale of firearms. Please read the following information and familiarize yourself with the necessary steps to ensure your purchase is legal.
SECTION 1a – ILLEGAL PRODUCTS
Zenvito LLC dba Strike Zone Arms strictly prohibits the sale or shipment of any product—including firearms, firearm parts, accessories, or ammunition—that violates local, state, or federal laws applicable to the customer’s jurisdiction or delivery address. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to understand and comply with all such laws prior to placing an order. By submitting an order, the customer certifies that the purchase, possession, and use of all items comply with all applicable laws and that they are not a prohibited person under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or (n) or any other statute. Zenvito LLC dba Strike Zone Arms reserves the absolute right to refuse, cancel, or void any order, at any time and without notice, if we suspect it may violate any law or regulation, including but not limited to restrictions on serialized parts, high-capacity magazines, suppressors, or other regulated items. In such cases, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion, less any applicable fees, and no store credit or alternative compensation will be guaranteed.
In addition to specific local law, there are certain persons who cannot legally receive or possess a firearm. These include:
1. Has been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding 1 year;
2. Is a fugitive from justice;
3. Is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance;
4. Has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to a mental institution;
5. Is an alien illegally or unlawfully in the United States or an alien admitted to the United States under a nonimmigrant visa;
6. Has been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions;
7. Having been a citizen of the United States has renounced his or her citizenship;
8. Is subject to a court order that restrains the person from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child of such intimate partner; or
9. Has been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence
10. Cannot lawfully receive, possess, ship, or transport a firearm. [18 U.S.C. 922(g) and (n), 27 CFR 478.32].
SECTION 1b – SERIALIZED PARTS CHARGEBACK WARNING
The serialized part is the component that is legally considered to be the firearm in question. If a customer performs a credit card chargeback on an order including a serialized part, and remains in possession of the serialized part, this is legally considered theft of a firearm. THE STOLEN ITEM WILL BE REPORTED TO AUTHORITIES AND AN OFFICIAL REPORT WILL BE FILED WITH THE BUREAU OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, FIREARMS AND EXPLOSIVES (ATF).
SECTION 1c – SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS
Zenvito LLC dba Strike Zone Arms will only ship firearms, firearm parts, accessories, or ammunition in strict compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Firearms and serialized parts will only be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) designated by the customer; under no circumstances will such items be shipped directly to an individual’s residence. Customers must provide a current, valid FFL for all such transfers by emailing Hello@SZArms.com prior to shipment. Additionally, all customers must disclose their shipping jurisdiction at checkout and affirm that the ordered items—including but not limited to high-capacity magazines, suppressors, ammunition, or other regulated accessories—are legal for purchase, possession, and use in that jurisdiction. Zenvito LLC dba Strike Zone Arms reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of violating any law, with no obligation to ship. Orders lacking required FFL documentation within thirty (30) business days may be canceled at our discretion, with any refund subject to applicable processing fees. By placing an order, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Zenvito LLC dba Strike Zone Arms from any liability arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
SECTION 1d – DELIVERY VERIFICATION
An adult signature is required upon receipt of the package, depending on the item(s) ordered.
SECTION 2 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Zenvito LLC dba Strike Zone Arms reserves the absolute right to refuse, decline, or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at any time—including before, during, or after processing or shipment—if we suspect the order violates any local, state, or federal law, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance or a guarantee of fulfillment. We may employ pre-purchase screening to ensure compliance with all applicable firearms regulations.
SECTION 3 – CREDIT CARDS
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept cryptocurrencies: Solana, USDC, and Ethereum. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon completion of your order.
SECTION 4 – ORDER SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Time
Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Zenvito LLC. dba Strike Zone Arms or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
SECTION 5 – OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
SECTION 6 – MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
SECTION 7 – TAXES
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Ohio. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
SECTION 8 – TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Zenvito LLC. dba Strike Zone Arms shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Zenvito LLC. dba Strike Zone Arms shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Zenvito LLC. dba Strike Zone Arms shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price

This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that Zenvito LLC. dba Strike Zone Arms is not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.

Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on this site, including the text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of Zenvito LLC. dba Strike Zone Arms, Copyright ©, ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping on this site or placing an order on this site and for no other purpose. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
SECTION 11 – OTHER CONDITIONS
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Zenvito LLC. dba Strike Zone Arms signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
SECTION 12 – INDEMNIFICATION
By placing an order with Zenvito LLC dba Strike Zone Arms, the customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zenvito LLC dba Strike Zone Arms, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the customer’s violation of any local, state, or federal law, misrepresentation of eligibility, or failure to provide accurate information.
SECTION 13 – THIRD-PARTY COMPLIANCE
Zenvito LLC dba Strike Zone Arms is not responsible for the actions, errors, or misrepresentations of third parties, including but not limited to FFL dealers or shipping carriers, in connection with any order. Customers assume all risk associated with third-party compliance with applicable laws.
SECTION 14 – FORCE MAJEURE
Zenvito LLC dba Strike Zone Arms shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failures to fulfill orders due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to changes in local, state, or federal firearms laws or regulations.
